Terms & Conditions
*All membership categories, except for Lifetime, 6 and 9-month options, are 12-month memberships and are inclusive of Union Fees.
All new members are pro-rata to the following April, except for Lifetime, 6 and 9-month members.
Our 6-month membership is an introductory offer and is only available for the initial membership term (first 'year' only). Renewing 6-month members will therefore be required to renew via an alternative membership type thereafter.
New applicants for a 6-month membership cannot have been members of Drax Golf Club within 24 months of the expiry of their previous membership.
Existing members can only change from a 12-month membership to a 9-month membership package. If a member wishes to change membership type, please inform the Committee by email at the time of renewal.
Membership, of any kind, is not Transferable. Members may not assign or transfer their membership rights to any other person.
All adult members are entitled to have two junior members (up to the age of 16) associated with their Membership FREE of charge· If a junior, up to the age of 16, wishes to join on their own, the current Junior Membership fee is payable.
There is also a compulsory subscription to the Sports & Social Club (SSC) of £30.00 and £15.00 for those over 65, regardless of membership type (excluding Juniors). SSC Members are taken on via a ‘12-month rolling program’. Drax Sports & Social Club membership is payable when new members join.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, but we will always advise these changes via email giving at least 10 days’ notice.
